We always eat here. Great food.

I love the food, and I love the staff, but curbside service is not good. I placed an order at 5 PM online to pick up at 5:30 PM. It is now 5:58 pm and I still do hot have my food. If it wasn’t already paid for, I would leave.

I heard it's one of the best Mexican places in the little town of Winchester.They have lots of parking spots, so that's not a problem.The people are friendly.I ordered the Fajitas and it was typical like any other FajitasCouldn't tell if anything was special or different.It wasn't bad though. A good place to grab a quick bite if you are up for some Mexica

It's very hot. Quite distressing to be honest. Sweat is dripping down my forehead and I think I'm close to panic attack. Hades can't even compare to this. Most likely around 110° I think everyone is too polite to mention anything. Also, the salsa is disgusting. Actual poison, DO NOT EAT IT! The food is taking forever to arrive as well.

This is the best Mexican Food Establishment in Winchester. I had fish taco's and LOVED THEM. The waiter was fast and friendly. The beer was good and cold. The chips were hot and fresh. The guacamole was the best I have ever had. The salsa wasn't too spicy and didn't have a lot of cilantro in it but was good. My meal was served with jasmine rice and not mexican rice which was GREAT. It was very clean and had great food.

Food is always great and the customer service is on point!

The food was excellent but the service was bad took them 30 minutes to take our order another 30 minutes to bring it to us. Got my friends order wrong twice never came over and asked if we needed any refills or anything else. Had to stop whomever staff was walking by for our refills. Poor service overall but the food is good.

Would prefer to give zero stars, but that wasn't an option. We stood at the door for over 5 minutes before even being greeted. Finally got a table, but waited at least 4 minutes to get a drink order, and another 15 to order food. 25-30 minutes later 2 of our 3 entrees arrived and another 10 minutes later the third entree arrived, undercooked. We never saw the server again. Our first and final visit.

Placed an order to go for my wife. Fajita dinner. When I got home I was missing the rice, beans and tortillas. They were closed by the time I was able to call. Next day the manager said he would just give me the missing items. My wife definitely DID NOT ENJOY HER EXPERIENCE! Our church group went their until this point. Guess they would rather lose 15 customers than replace a complete meal!

Had lunch there today, wow! Service was slow. Ordered the taco salad fajita with steak. My bf ordered the chicken boom boom.........we both brought our food home to eat when we didn't receive our request for condiments. Greeting and drinks took forever, had to cancel my drink order. Steak in salad is not fork ready. Had to cut the steak. I can do that at home as opposed to paying for it. In addition to that, the experience was pathetic. Trying to support local! Still left 15%

Tamale red sauce tastes like marinara, horrible for a mex dish, with way too much salt. Tamale itself was supposed to be shredded beef but was mostly ground beef. This place needs a quality control check or a cross reference for what the kitchen produces vs. what is on the menu. Note broken plate.

Went to enjoy an anniversary date with my husband and made the mistake of sitting next to the jukebox. We couldn't hear each other talk. It was more of a nightclub with hip hop intermixed with country without the dance floor. Not much of an authentic Mexican restaurant experience. The food quality was hit or miss. The steak was more fat and gristle than meat, the chorizo was dry and over powered with clove, the chicken couldn't be cut with a fork and the queso dip was soupy. I'd have done better grilling marinated fajita meat from the grocery store. I'm sad to say, I'd sooner drive to Lexington or cook it myself. 2 stars because the servers were nice and spot on.

Food was no better than any other Mexican restaurant around here. Service was slow. If it had been busy I could see it, but there was only 4 other people eating. The staff was staring at there phones and sitting around. Also what is free at every other restaurant like Don Seniors or Los rodeo's isn't here. I asked for a extra tortilla and got charged $2.00 for it. If you want slow service and to get charged more for the same food you can get anywhere else then this is the place for you.

It was good but I'm used to much better tasting Mexican food. The La Cabana..in Slade! Can't wait until they open back up for the season 😊

Great place. I had the carne asada street tacos. They were great as was the sevice considering the circumstances. Carry out or delivery. Will definitely be back if in the area. Truck drivers need food and a place to park. The Walmart here allows parking. Just be respectful.

This was our favorite Mexican restaurant. Its definitely going down hill. My daughters steak quesadilla had a long hair in it. I explained to our waiter what had happened and said he would get her a new one. 20 minutes later he comes back with the same plate and says "We can't find the hair anywhere what would you like to do?" REALLY?????? All we wanted was a new quesadilla. We wont be back to this restaurant anytime soon!!!!

Walked in not busy at all the workers just stared at me didn't even greet me 4 times I just left that was my first time there.

Always a great atmosphere, food is great. The veteran staffers are awesome and work as a team. You can ask someone not your server for something and they take care of it, not like your traditional "I'll find your server".

The food is good to great. The drinks are good and strong... As in taste good and made with the proper amount of alcohol (plus a little). Get the fish tacos. Ur welcome

I placed an online order. They called me to confirm my order, which was great. I picked up my order which was 75%+ wrong. They shorted me food and added stuff I didn't want. I came back to get it fixed and they gave me another batch of wrong food. I called several times that I was told the manager would be available. Eventually, I left my number. They never called me back. Side note: they allow smoking/vaping indoors.

Food is good, service is not. Last few times there, we have waited for drinks, to place our order, and they rarely checked on us. Probably will be going to Don Senors across the street next time.

Good food and good service. Could be a little faster at delivering out the food but the friendly staff and quick response time makes up for it.
